Professional Bio

Gary Wilson is a licensed REALTOR®, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Co-Owner of A.R. Wilson REALTORS®. He has been in the Investment Property Business since 1985 where he began as a Maintenance Technician.

His current position on the Greater Springfield Apartment and Housing Association Board is a general Board Member, on the Budget Committee and Co-Chair of the City Relations Committee.

His professional Certifications are, National Apartment Association-Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Leadership Lyceum and Professional Leasing Program (PLP). Missouri Association of Realtors-Graduate, REALTORS® Institute (GRI) and Graduate, REALTORS® Institute with a Commercial/Investment Emphasis.
 
He also is a Current Board Member of the Missouri Apartment Association. Multiple times past President of both the Greater Springfield Apartment and Housing Association and the Missouri Apartment Association. Past Board of Director of the National Apartment Association and currently Board Member Emeritus of the National Apartment Association.

His Professional Awards/Recognitions are the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors-Realtor of the Year. Greater Springfield Apartment and Housing Association-Outstanding Leadership Award, Distinguished Service Award and Big Heart Award.        

In his personal life Gary and his wife Lisa and have been married for over 36 years and have two married daughters and three grandchildren. His passion is to help people around the world. His wife and he have been over the missions program at High Street Church since 2004 and he has had the privilege to go to over 50 different countries and out of the United States over 100 times to help the less fortunate. They also work with several organizations to help people here in our own community as well.
