Jay Titus is a seasoned banking executive and community leader with over three decades of experience in financial services, commercial lending, and strategic management. Jay attended Drury University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and Management.
Jay currently serves as the Missouri Division President for Huntington Bank, where he oversees all operations in the Springfield and St. Louis markets. His responsibilities span commercial lending, credit administration, branch operations, and strategic planning, along with the integration of the bank’s key business lines—Wealth Management, Mortgage, Insurance, and Treasury Management.
His career in banking includes leadership roles at U.S. Bank and Bank of America, where he managed client relationships, commercial loan portfolios, and led high-performing teams across Missouri and Arkansas. Jay began his professional journey at Wal-Mart Stores/Sam’s Club, where he completed management and leadership training through the Walton Institute and was a recipient of the Sam Walton Scholarship.
Jay has completed extensive professional training, earning certifications from the Pacific Coast Graduate School of Banking at the University of Washington and the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Commercial Lending at Southern Methodist University.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jay has long been an active contributor to the Springfield community, and has served on local community boards, including the Springfield-Branson National Airport, Springfield Business Development Corporation, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Ozarks Technical Community College, Drury University, and Leadership Springfield.
