Professional Bio
After moving to Springfield in 1987, Jean spent the next 10 years volunteering for various organizations and during those years held many positions on various boards. Jean Harmison is a past sustainer president of the Junior League of Springfield and in 2011 was selected to serve on the Arvest Bank Board of Directors. In 2012, Jean Harmison was awarded the Springfield Business Journal’s prestigious 20 Most Influential Women Award. In 2016, Club Management Services was a top five finalist for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award.
Club Management Services continues to expand and is currently the management company for nearly 40 associations, including national and state professional industry specific associations. Jean Harmison recently launched a new business specifically for homeowner associations called HOAMS (HOA Management Solutions). She currently has a team of 6 staff members.
Jean is married to Judge Jerry Harmison, the presiding circuit judge in the 31st Judicial Circuit. He is also one of the owners of Float Trip Pickles, a Missouri product. Jean and Jerry have two daughters, Jessica and Jenna. Jessica is married to Ryan Olson and Jenna is married to Clint Toedtmann. Jean and Jerry are also proud grandparents of Ryder Jay Toedtmann, Reagan Mary Toedtmann, David Ryan Olson, and Adam Lyle Olson.
Jean enjoys running and has completed 6 marathons. Jean volunteers her time with the MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) and volunteers with the Junior League of Springfield. In her free time, she enjoy leisurely walks, reading and spending time with her family.
