April 17th Turning Conflict into Collaboration- with Spencer Harris

Come join us April 17th at Highland Springs Country Club for "Turning Conflict into Collaboration" with Spencer Harris! Spencer is the co-founder of Habitat Communication & Culture, as well as the President and co- owner of Mostly Serious, the 2019 Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year. Prior to becoming a business owner, Spencer spent several years as an organizational and business consultant, where he regularly facilitated and trained with teams of all sizes. Harris has worked directly with more than 50 organizations over the last ten years and is regularly sought out to advise leaders on strategies related to growth and performance.

Spencer earned a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas in addition to an undergraduate and Master’s degree from Missouri State University. He is an active volunteer leader throughout the region and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce as well as Leadership Springfield.
