Brandi Morris

I began my business career in the banking industry before branching out into the real estate market, following in the footsteps of my grandmother Gerri Dickens. After establishing my career selling properties, my business partner and I built our first home in 1996 that became our very first rental property. As owners of a residential construction company we bought several lots throughout Springfield and began to build more residential rental homes. In 2007 we built and opened our first apartment complex, Weaver Creek Apartments. While owning my own Real Estate company, Landmark Brokers, I took the opportunity to open Professional Property Management Company LLC, which has grown and helped assist owners and tenants for over 15 years to find a place to call home; The very 1st tenant that signed a lease with us just recently moved out to purchase a home after living in one of our managed units during the full tenure of this company.

My staff and I pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and our relationship that we build with our clients and residents. I manage my own portfolio along with those of multiple owners who trust me with their properties. I am a proud mother of 2, William who is 19 and a Sophomore at Missouri State University, and Olivia who is a senior at Kickapoo High School. My hobbies include bowling, singing, Bunco, and hiking. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and appreciate live music whenever possible.
