Jennifer Moore

Jennifer Moore was born and raised right here in Springfield, Missouri, and is proud to be building both her career and raising her family in the same community she’s always called home. A graduate of Hillcrest High School, Jennifer went on to attend Ozarks Technical Community College before beginning her career in real estate and property management. With deep roots in the area, giving back has always been important to her. Outside of work, Jennifer serves as a foster mom, a role that perfectly reflects her passion for supporting kids, families, and building a stronger future for the next generation.
Jennifer has been in real estate and property management since earning her real estate license in 2015. Today, she’s the Broker and Property Manager for Valiant Group, where she leads a dedicated team overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the Springfield area. Under her leadership, Valiant Group has experienced significant growth, expanding both its portfolio and its reputation for providing responsive management, high tenant retention, and helping property owners protect and grow their investments.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and her commitment to building real relationships, Jennifer is passionate about providing high-quality housing and promoting professionalism in the industry. She remains dedicated to strengthening the Springfield community through both her work and her personal commitment to service.
