Spencer Harris is the president and co-owner of Mostly Serious, and co-founder of Habitat Communication & Culture, the company's consulting division. Spencer has more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning, and leadership and management training. He leads a number of community-level research initiatives, including projects with the City of Springfield, the Community Foundation of the Ozarks, and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the boards of both Leadership Springfield and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. Spencer has his Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas.
